Citizens For Responsible Development is committed to making sure our local
government does what is right when it comes to issues of development and commercial
expansion. Many Oregon neighborhoods have successfully stopped Wal-Mart stores.
One key component of their success was strong community involvement. There
are many ways for you to help ensure smart and responsible growth here in
Medford.

to your Mayor and Council members. Tell them you
want responsible development choices for Medford and urge
them to require Wal-Mart to conduct an adequate
traffic study to analyze the impacts of almost 9,000 additional
car trips per day in the already congested South Medford I-5 Interchange
